We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make on our website. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Please be advised regarding shipping and handling prices. Printify has many printing companies that they do business with and depending on the item purchased, that individual printer charges the shipping and handling. It has been observed that some prices are above average. Unfortunately, Soulshine Designs Co. has no control over the shipping price set by the independent printing companies. Separate shipping charges apply when ordering multiple items from different vendors. For example, you may have a shipping fee for a T-Shirt, another for magnets, another for a poster, a lamp and so on.

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please let us know of any issues immediately and provide a clear photo showing the issue to soulshinedesignscompany@gmail.com. We will then reach out to Printify to request a refund or replacement on your behalf. 

Please note that Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For Direct To Garment products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
